Professional experience
During his experience he has worked in the provision of advisory, audit and representation services in litigation related to customs regimes, acceptance of tariff preferences and in contentious administrative procedures related to refunds of customs duties, among others. Among his latest works, he has served as a speaker at various customs institutions (IDEM EDUCATION, B&T, CEFODA, VOCANTY).
Academic activities
He has collaborated in the publication of various books and articles in customs magazines (ICDT of Colombia, COMEXPERU, THEMIS, ADUANANEWS of Argentina). In addition, he participated as a speaker at the Customs Law Training Center – CEFODA (2022).
